Instagram & Meta Messaging

We use Meta’s messaging tools to reply to messages you send to our Instagram and Facebook accounts. When you message us, we receive the content of your message and your account’s messaging ID so we can respond, give pricing, and help you book. We use this information only to communicate with you about our services. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for any purpose unrelated to assisting you. Your use of Instagram and Facebook is also governed by Meta’s own privacy policies.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed to provide our services:

  • Supabase — secure storage of booking and customer records.
  • Twilio — messaging/notifications.
